Long waiting time, the menu in the app does not really match the one on the card and in times of Corona, only cash payment although it is shown securely and contactless ...

Everything went very quickly and the staff were very nice, but the mc donalds itself is in a very inconvenient location.

For this visit only 1 star ?‍♂️, very rude employee on Mc Drive ?. Then the vanilla ice cream is an absolute failure, after the change it is no longer firm, but more like a shake ?. According to the employee, this is probably due to the new ice machine ?. If that is the case, it is better to remove the vanilla soft ice cream from the range or to change the manufacturer. In the past, ice cream was a clear 5 star thing in terms of taste and tolerance ?.

Wait over 30 minutes for the food to arrive, then try the fries and the burger. A big disappointment, the food was only lukewarm to cold. Only the grandson was excited about the toy. For us this shop will never stand again.

Ate here in transit. Eat okay. Tables outside very dirty, don't seem to be cleaned regularly. Several Happy Meal figures in the showcase, only 1 available when ordering. Afterwards get something completely different ... Child angry ?

Order and pay for Big Tasty Bacon without tomatoes, with additional onions and bacon to take away. Got no tomato, no onion, and no bacon. Soft bun with meat and sauce, really great. Justification, have a lot to do. Very annoying, never again.

I think it's just cheeky for such a large corporation that there is no vanilla ice cream for months. Been here for free 2 months ago and again today. They don't want sales and satisfied customers or what? This is standard !!

Well you notice the understaffing. But thanks to the new freshness concept from the Goldene Möwe, the burgers are freshly made and delicious. Especially if you use the coupons from the Blitz e.g. Has. 2 BigMacs, small. French fries and small Cola for € 7.99 is absolutely fine. I often eat in other Goldene Möwe restaurants on different highways. There are no coupons and it is more expensive than here on the city motorway. I had to wait half an hour but got a coffee afterwards as a compensation. I thought that was nice of the employee. So overall very satisfied. Especially when you can sit under the parasol on the terrace ??

Either too many people come here unexpectedly or the place is simply understaffed ... It doesn't matter when you are here and that is once a month, at most twice. You wait forever when ordering take-away. Then you unfortunately have to constantly check the content. Complaints from the tables about missing items. And you just wanted to "quickly" get to the golden M.

Restrooms pretty dirty, hand driers not working at all, food on standard McDonald's level.

Technical renewal (order at the terminal) is great, only the queuing then to pay, does not change the long wait. This happens when only one checkout is open ☹️. Otherwise everything was clean, enough seats available, friendly staff

Waited around 10 minutes if somebody could serve me. Redtaurant was empty and only one person on front. At least 4 staff members were just chatting and completely agnored me. I waited and then I just left. I wanted to buy dinner but maybe it is the colour of my skin or maybe something else. Shame, I will go hungry tonight

same as any other McDonalds restaurant. The only thing to take care is the LIMITED INTERNET CONNECTION from Telekom DE which says it will last you 3 hours but for me it lasted like 30 min (and i followed the terms and conditions) afterwards you have to buy it ... (really Germany ?)
